I’m an integrative counsellor working with children, young people and adults. This means I draw on different therapeutic approaches and tailor my work to meet individual needs and circumstances.

I have experience of supporting both adults, children and young people through my private practice. Alongside this, I work as a school based counsellor, helping children and young people navigate a range of emotional and mental health challenges.

During my studies, I volunteered at Affordable Talk, Cardiff Bay. There, I provided counselling to adults from a variety of backgrounds and life experiences. Through these roles, I have gained experience supporting people at different life stages with concerns such as anxiety, emotional overwhelm, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties and significant life changes.

I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is key to creating a safe place. Feeling comfortable and understood can make all the difference when sharing difficult thoughts and experiences. My approach is compassionate, collaborative and tailored to your individual needs.

I aim to create a calm and non-judgmental space where you can talk openly and explore whatever is on your mind. Together we can make sense of what you’re experiencing and work towards meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

Whether you’re looking for support for yourself, your child or a young person in your care, I offer a welcoming and respectful space where people can talk openly and be genuinely listened to.

If you are considering counselling and would like to explore whether we might be a good fit, I offer a free 15-minute inductory phone call. This allows us to discuss how counselling could support you, with no obligation to continue.
